The “Above Four Feet” provides intensive information for adults whereas “Below Four Feet” provides children below 12 with cartoons, illustrations, diagrams, interactive buttons, nuggets of information, etc.

Diversity of admission packages

To encourage family visits, the zoo provides senior citizens and children below 12 with concessions. It also provides free admission to disabled visitors. In addition, the zoo offers a variety of admission packages such as “Friends of the Zoo Membership” and “Wildlife Unlimited Membership”.

Family-friendly infrastructure

The zoo is continually adding to and upgrading its pro-family facilities. Examples of these facilities:

• Strollers and wagons for rental so that parents do not have to lug their own equipment all the way to the zoo
• To enable the elderly and disabled to enjoy the zoo, it rents motorised wheelchairs and wheelchairs
• Special discount for families
• Diaper changing facilities
