WILD WILD WET |
Overview |
Wild Wild Wet is the largest water theme park in Singapore. The key attraction among the park's rides is the “Ular-lah”, the first raft slide in South East Asia. Appealing to the usual crowd of youths, rides such as the “Sidewinder”, a 11m high valley-shaped slide and waterworks, consisting of two enclosed curvy tube slides. For the less adventurous, there are rides like “The Tsunami Wave Pool” or “The Shiok River” which appeal to the children and parents. |

To meet the Pro-Family Business, the strategy put in place is to be a choice venue, which provides high quality standard of family entertainment fun for children, adults and senior citizens. |
Product & Service Mix |
The rides in Wild Wild Wet cater for different members of the family unit, from toddlers and teenagers to mum and dad. The Professor’s Playground is a popular location for young children with their extensive range of water spouts and play-structures. Parents and the elderly who want to relax can park themselves at the Tsunami pool where the ‘waves’ are gentle at the edge for the same feel of being at a beach.

Marketing & Promotions |
During the June holidays, a Foam Pit is set up as an additional attraction for the children to have fun. As foam parties are usually catered to youths and adults, Wild Wild Wet has decided to build an inflatable pit to safely cater the same amount of fun to the children. |

Service Attitude |
To cater to servicing the customers, the staff are specially recruited based on service-orientated skills such as customer engagement. Tips on how to handle children and wheel-chair bound persons are also shared during staff briefings. |
Nurturing service care |
In view of providing better conditions and facilities for parents with toddlers, both the nursery rooms in Wild Wild Wet was recently given a facelift. Additional staff and training have been provided launch a group of Park host who roam around the park to entertain children. |
Safety first |
To ensure the safety and well-being of the customers, there is at least one medic available during the opening hours. The lifeguards are trained in international lifeguarding skills licensed under Jeff Ellis & Associates.
To ensure guests’ safety, lifejackets of various sizes and floats free-of-charge are available for use. Safety buggies are designated within the vicinity to provide medical evacuation. |

Wild Wild Wet adheres to Safety Requirements to ensure the layout of the venue is designed for ease of movement for all members of the family, including the special needs of families and the physically handicapped.
The spacious layout of the walkways in the park gives provisions for families to move around with their floats with ease to prevent bumping into other patrons. |
Facilities |
Facilities such as ramps and railings, handicap toilets and baby diaper changing areas are provided at the theme park, which cater to all members of the family. As a water theme park, Wild Wild Wet has gone the extra mile to build children shower rooms.
