The Escape Theme Park’s Pro-Family Business strategy is to be a choice venue, which provides high quality standard of family entertainment fun for children, adults and senior citizens.
With the recent conversion to a non-smoking facility, the park has provided families with a healthier venue for their enjoyment. |
Product & Service Mix |
To provide rides which cater to all generations of the family, Escape Theme Park has specially chosen and built specific rides. Rides such as Choo Choo Train for young children and adventurous rides like Pirate Ship are more frequented by young adults and teenagers.

Marketing & Promotions |
To encourage more visitorship, Escape Theme Park’s marketing collaterals are aligned with Downtown East’s promotions through print media like newspapers, magazines and websites. This provides a full package from accommodation to entertainment, which will cater to the different generations of the families.
Escape Theme Park also taps on NTUC Club’s marketing promotions such as their membership and Funkey card which allow its holders to patronise using an electronic card. This allows children to make purchases without handling too much money on their hands which might be dangerous. |

Service Attitude |
To cater to servicing the customers, the staff are specially recruited based on service-orientated skills such as customer engagement. Tips on how to handle children and wheel-chair bound persons are also shared during staff briefings. |
Nurturing service care |
To nurture service care, the Guest Relations Office is prominently located at the entrance where they provide a one-stop help venue to provide guest with information and assistance to umbrellas on rainy days, prams and other services.
Frontline staff are trained to entertain the guests by doing balloon twisting as part of value-added service. This makes the patrons’ time more enjoyable as they are entertained even though they are not on the rides. |
Safety first |
Staff are briefed and provided information on the procedures to handle lost children, injuries and other emergency situations.
To ensure the safety and well-being of the customers, there is at least one first aider available during the opening hours. Rides are also suspended during rain and lighting occasions. |

Access & Layout |
Escape Theme Park adheres to Safety Requirements to ensure the layout of the venue is design for ease of movement for all members of the family, including the special needs of families and the physically handicapped. |
Facilities |
Facilities such as ramps and railings, handicap toilets and baby diaper changing areas are provided at the theme park, which cater to all members of the family.
Rest areas are also available throughout the theme park to allow children and the elderly to rest. |
